Bereavement Counselling
Bereavement Counselling Leeds & Wetherby
From a place of personal experience, having suffered the heartache of personal loss, I believe I am well placed to help lead you through the grief and sometimes anger following the death of a loved one.
The loss of someone close can bring on a multitude of emotional and psychological feelings. Whilst in most cases it is the loss of a loved one. But in some cases, there are added emotional feelings of anger, betrayal, guilt and sometimes hatred.
Death is not always at the end of a long and fulfilled life. Death can be from illness, accidents or suicide. It sometimes happens when the ones we love are young. Most people will accept the death of a parent at the end of a life. But a parent or partner would always find it impossible to come to terms with burying a child or the unexpected death of their loved one.
Together we can explore strategies that will enable you to find meaning and how you deal with your emotional feelings after the death.
Sadly there are a multitude of emotional effects that death brings and can ruin the lives of those who are left behind.
Dealing with death is one of the most difficult times of anyone’s life and together we can discuss how you find strategies to give you a way of honouring and finding a meaning through those you loved.
I offer a unique insight into how you will find a pathway. Sometimes it is not happiness. But can be simply to develop a strategy to deal with how you live your life in the aftermath of the loss of a loved one.
